Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Wichita Falls, Texas.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on September 8, 2026.

**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience required - Travel experience required - Strong cardiac background - Ability to manage cardiac drips, heparin, nitro, etc. - Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS - Skills in the interpretation of dysrhythmias, management of cardiac and vasoactive drips, titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips, management of dysrhythmias, and working in PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown units **Preferred Experience and Qualifications:** - Epic experience strongly preferred **Licensure and Documentation:** - License in-hand required before start - Labs to be completed within 72 hours of offer acceptance or a plan in place for completion **Additional Requirements:** - Flu Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) - Local radius: 50 miles (Local candidates not accepted) - All RTO must be included at the time of submission or prior to accepting the offer **Scheduling and Ratios:** - Biweekly hours: 84 with 72-hour guarantee - Patient Ratios: Days: 4, Nights: 5 **Training and Orientation:** - Modules are completed during orientation, average 2-3 hours, non-billable if completed in the first 16 hours of orientation **Communication and Submission Details:** - SSN and RTO required with submission - Hard document due date is 3 business days prior to start, flexibility on a case-by-case basis if communicated.
