Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Morgantown, West Virginia.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on October 19, 2026.

**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - Minimum 2 years RN experience required. - 1.5-2+ years of experience in the relevant clinical setting. - 1 year of experience in MS/Tele and 2 years of experience in Stepdown. - Must be able to read strips. **Certifications and Licensure:** - BCLS, ACLS required (through the American Heart Association). - WV or Compact License required; pending license accepted for submission. **Skills and Clinical Experience:** - Skills required: IV start, telemetry. - Specific skills: BiPAP/CPAP management, Blood Product Administration, Cardiac Telemetry, Central line care/management, Chest tubes-Emerson/PleurEvac, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Feeding tube care and management, Heparin Protocols, Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV insulin protocols, Manage Cardiac drips (no titration), Manage Vasoactive drips (no titration), Management of dysrhythmias, Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Ortho trauma, Oxygen administration, Oxygen tanks, PCA, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown experience, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Phlebotomy, PICC line management, Post MI, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, Pre/Post Cardiac Surgery, Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Sheath Removal, Starting and maintaining IVs, Surgical drains, Telemetry, Telemetry - on the unit monitoring, Telemetry - remote monitoring, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, Titration of Insulin drips, TR Band, Tracheostomy care/management, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, Wound Care/Wound Vac. **Other Qualifications:** - Charting System Experience: Required experience with Cerner. - Previous Charge Experience: Not specified. - Minimum 2 Manager/Charge references (within past 2 years) required. **Travel and Location Considerations:** - Travel experience not required. - Candidates must have a permanent address 100 miles from the facility. Candidates between 75-100 miles may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the same rate. - Former permanent employees must wait 2 years from last permanent employment date before returning as a traveler. - Current Vandalia Health System employees (perm, PRN, etc.) are not eligible for travel contracts within the health system.
