Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a NICU RN to take an assignment in Gilbert, Arizona.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on September 14, 2026.

**Required Experience:** - Minimum of 2 years NICU experience. - Level 2 NICU experience is required; Level 3 is preferred. **Certifications:** - BLS Certification - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - STABLE **Licensure:** - License submission is required, and applicants should be willing to wait for licensure. **Preferred Experience and Skills:** - Level 3 NICU experience is preferred. **Clinical Experience:** - Experience in Special Care Nursery (SCN) or NICU with common diagnoses including babies 32 weeks and above, patients on CPAP and High Flow, Feeder growers, R/S Sepsis, Hyperbilirubinemia. **Other Requirements:** - Pass/fail Sim Lab related to foley catheter insertion required on Day 1 of orientation. - Self-scheduling for 12-hour night shifts; must work 3 weekend shifts per month and 1 major and 1 minor holiday if they fall within the assignment. **Technology and Equipment:** - Familiarity with CPAP and High Flow equipment as well as Cerner charting system preferred. **Miscellaneous:** - Navy Blue scrub color/dress code required. - Willingness to float to sister hospital's NICU required.
