Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a ER RN to take an assignment in High Point, North Carolina.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on September 14, 2026.

Job Details:

• Shift: 12H Nights

• Facility Specific Job Notes:

- Minimum 2 years of experience required. - FIRST TIME TRAVELERS - OK! - Preferred previous charge experience. - BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS certifications required. TNCC preferred. - Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, phlebotomy, starting IVs, and triage required. - EPIC experience required; Cerner experience preferred. - Experience in general ED with combined adult/pediatrics required. - Skills: BiPAP/CPAP management, care of ventilated patients, continuous IV sedation, CVA, gunshot wounds, head injuries, ICP monitoring, interpretation of arterial blood gases, isolation precautions/PPE, IV vasopressors, neuro-trauma, ortho trauma, procedural sedation administration/monitoring, spinal cord injury, starting and maintaining IVs, traumatic amputation, traumatic brain injury. - Preferred experience in community hospital, LTAC, Trauma Level I, and Trauma Level II. - COVID-19 and flu vaccines required, with medical/religious exemptions only. - Active license must be in hand at submission. - All RNs must pass a compliance EKG exam. - Education: Third-party education verification required; degrees from schools on the Florida Diploma Fraud Audit list not accepted. - No local candidates within a 50-mile radius. Current driver's license required to verify address. - Travelers may be floated to any Cone Health campus as needed.
