**Required or Preferred Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:** - **License and Certification Requirements:** - Must have an AZ OT License in hand - BLS certification - AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card - **Experience:** - Minimum of 1 year of experience required - First-time applicants accepted - **Preferred Skills and Experience:** - Experience with Cerner charting system is preferred - Acute Care, Adaptive Equipment, Amputee, Arthritis, Assessment, Community Re-entry, CVA Rehabilitation, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Discharge, Evaluation, Hand Injury, Hip Fracture and Total Hip Replacement, Home Assessment, Knee Injuries and Total Knee Replacement, Lifting and transfer, Lower Extremity, Multiple Sclerosis, Nerve Injury, Parkinson's disease, Patient/Family Education, Plan of Care, Pre-Discharge Planning, Reassessments, Safety and injury prevention, Soft Tissue Injuries, Spinal cord injury, Standardized Assessment, Tendon Repair, Traumatic Brain injury, Upper Extremity, fall/risk assessment, acute/chronic disorder - Preferred generalist confident with medical diagnosis - **Special Requirements:** - Ability to handle mod- max A patients, co-treatments, work with ventilated patients, and adapt to additional evaluations throughout the day - **Other:** - Compliance with quality and patient safety standards, like medication administration (BCMA) - Completion of lab work and compliance testing within specific timeframes prior to starting - Two professional references required, with at least one from the most recent employer - Candidates must work 2 of the facility's recognized holidays **Work Schedule:** - **Shift:** - 4X10s Monday-Thursday 0800-1800 - **Caseload:** - Daily caseload per tech: 8-11 patients - **Other:** - No on-call or weekend requirements - No floating required to sister facilities Kindly ensure adherence to all submission and compliance rules outlined in the job description.
