Job Details:

**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - 2 years of experience required. - State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist within the State of Texas. - Bachelor's Degree required. - Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program required. - Must be available for weekend and on-call shifts. **Preferred Experience and Skills:** - Mid-October start. - Experience with the Cerner charting system is preferred. **Required Certifications and Skills:** - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. - Skills in Acute Care, Alternative Communication Devices, Augmentative Communication, Aural Rehabilitation, Bedside Swallow Evaluation, Conducting Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluations of Swallow (FEES), Conducting Modified Barium Swallow Studies, Dysphagia, Voice, and other specified treatment protocols. **Additional Notes:** - Experience with working with patient age groups including neonates, adults, and geriatrics. - Flu Vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed). - Must comply with an on-site drug screening.
