Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a ICU RN to take an assignment in San Angelo, Texas.


This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on October 5, 2026.

**Job Requirements & Qualifications:** - **Previous Charge Experience:** Preferred - **Years of Experience:** 2 - **Patient Ratio Experience:** 2 - **Charting System Experience:** Required - **Charting System Name:** Epic - **Travel Experience Required:** Yes - **Certifications:** ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS*, TNCC*, PALS or ENPC within 1 year of submission **Skills:** - Accessing/Managing Ports - Arterial line management - Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal - BiPAP/CPAP management - Blood Product Administration - Care of Ventilated Patient - Central line care/management - Chronic/Acute Renal failure - Continuous IV paralytics/Neuromuscular blockade - Continuous IV sedation - CVA/Acute Stroke management - Emergency Medications - External ventricular drain (EVD) - GI surgery - High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) - Hypothermia protocol/Arctic Sun - ICP monitoring - Infection Prevention - Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs) - Interpretation of dysrhythmias - Isolation Precautions/PPE - IV insulin protocols - Lumbar drains* - Management of dysrhythmias - Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure - Neuro Intensive Care Unit* - Phlebotomy - PICC line management - Post Craniotomy - Post Neurosurgery management - Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring - Spinal cord injury - Starting and maintaining IVs - Suctioning (ETT, NT) - Surgical Intensive Care Unit - Titrate Cardiac drips - Titrate Vasoactive drips - Traumatic Brain injury - Ventilator Management **Additional Requirements:** - **COVID-19 Vaccine**: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - **Flu Vaccine**: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only **Submittal Details:** - ACLS/BLS/NIHSS/Nursys REQUIRED with submission - License in-hand required with submission - Labs must be completed within 72 hours of accepting offer or have a plan for timely completion - Local Radius: 110 miles - Local Rule: not accepted - Travel experience highly preferred **Other Information:** - Patient Ratios: 2 - Orientation Hours: 12 - Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics
