Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a ICU RN to take an assignment in Martinsburg, West Virginia.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on September 20, 2026.

Job Details:

**Required Experience, Certifications, Licensure, and Qualifications:** - ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), and NIHSS certifications are required. - PALS and TNCC certifications are preferred. - BSN is not required. **Clinical Experience:** - Experience with EPIC EMR. - Familiarity with ICU settings, including managing typical drips, moderate conscious sedation, and Servo & Hamilton ventilators (managed per RT100%). - Experience with common ICU diagnoses, post-cath lab care, balloon pumps, and CCU acuity is important. Experience with CRRT and NxStage is a plus. - An understanding of the role and tasks of a Charge Nurse, including responding to rapid responses and codes. **Additional Notes:** - It is preferred for candidates to have experience with a stepdown unit, although this is not a traditional stepdown unit. - Charge nurses are involved in staffing models and may take patients if necessary. - Pharmacy services are available in-house 24/7. - RT is available in-house 24/7. - Previous perm candidates must have been gone for 2 years to be eligible. - Previous travelers who have been there for 1 full year must be gone for 2 years before returning. - Drivers license address must be outside 50 miles from the facility. - COVID vaccination is required, with provisions for medical or religious exemptions. Note: Disclosure of any background issues is required at the time of submission.
