Job Details:

**Required Certifications:** - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - Basic Life Support (BLS) **Preferred Certifications:** - Certification with ARNA (American Radiological Nurses Association) **Required Experience:** - Minimum of 1 year of experience **Required Skills and Experience:** - Must be able to read, write, and speak English - Responsible for quality care of patients in the Imaging Department - Provides direct patient care and monitors patient's condition - Observes and records patient's vital signs - Maintains intravenous lines - Administers first aid and medications under physician direction - Assists in various procedures in Imaging department - Maintains IV skills and emergency equipment - Knowledgeable about emergency equipment and drug inventory - Acts as a liaison between Imaging department and patient care division - Responsible for documentation of patient's records **Preferred Skills and Experience:** - Experience with invasive and non-invasive procedures in IR suite/Ultrasound/CT/MRI/Diagnostic - Critical care nursing skills - Ability to work well under pressure **Licensure:** - Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required **Additional Requirements:** - Flu Vaccination or Mercy Approved Exemption required from November 1-April 1 - On-call rotation required
