- **Experience Required**: At least 2 years of clinical experience - **Specific Experience**: Prior travel experience, teaching-hospital experience - **Licensure/Certifications Required**: OTR certification, IN State License, NBCOT certification - **Skills**: Pediatric Outpatient, School - **Leadership Experience**: Previous Charge Experience (not specified as required or preferred) - **Vaccine Requirements**: COVID-19 Vaccine and Flu Vaccine required, with only medical/religious exemptions allowed
