Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a ER RN to take an assignment in Dover, Ohio.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on October 23, 2026.

**Required Experience and Licensure:** - 12 months of permanent experience in an ER. - Must have a Permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at the time of submission. - 1 year of combined permanent experience in the specialty applying for is required (preferably within one location but not required). **Required Certifications:** - AHA BLS/ACLS & PALS certifications must be active and in hand at the time of submission. TNCC is preferred. - Completion of an ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation with an acceptable score on both assessments is required. **Preferred Experience:** - 1 year combined permanent experience in the specialty applying for is preferred to be within one location. **Other Requirements:** - Must provide one reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applied for from assignments worked in the past 12 months. Co-worker references are not accepted. - Candidates must complete Cleveland Clinic Nursing Education Annual Hands-On Competency if they remain on a continuous contract for a minimum of one year or return on contract in the subsequent calendar year. **Health and Safety Compliance:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required, with medical/religious exemptions only. - Flu Vaccine: Required, with medical/religious exemptions only. - Nurses and CSTs are exempt from Nicotine-Free Facility Requirements for now; other travelers must be nicotine-free with a negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start, updated annually. **Additional Notes:** - Locals accepted at the same base rate. - BG hits of any kind are reviewed but no open cases accepted. - Facility does not accept any license hits. - Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.
