**Required Experience and Certifications:** - 36 months of emergency medicine experience - Experience caring for pediatrics and adults - Experience with drips including sedatives and vasoactive medications - Experience reading, measuring, interpreting tele strips - Active TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification - AHA (American Heart Association) or ARC (American Red Cross) BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA or ARC ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - AHA PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - Level II trauma experience - Work history/resume with 36 months of current Emergency Department, Emergency Room experience **Preferred Experience and Skills:** - Experience with behavioral health patients - EPIC EMR experience - Level I trauma experience - Professional reference/reference check from a charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO within 24 months of today’s date **Required Licensure:** - Active Iowa/IA nursing license or compact/multistate license at the time of submission **Documents Required:** - Driver’s License - TNCC certification documentation - Nursing licensure document **Other Requirements:** - Skills Checklist specific to Emergency Department/Emergency Room - Professional reference preferred within last 24 months
