This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on October 19, 2026.

Job Details:

- **Experience Required:** - Minimum 2 years of RN experience - Experience with pediatric patients - Level II trauma experience required - Must have experience from a large pediatric hospital - VENT, intubation, sedation experience required - Servo vent experience needed - Previous charge experience - Previous experience with EPIC preferred - **Education:** - Diploma, Associates, or Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of nursing required - **Certifications/Licensure:** - Current valid Nebraska RN license/RN Compact license required - Current and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association - Current and valid Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - Certified Pediatric Nurse or Certified Critical Care Nurse preferred - **Skills:** - End-Tidal CO2 monitoring - Accessing/Managing Ports - Administration of blood & blood products - Arterial line management - Assist/manage intubation - BiPAP/CPAP management - Care of Ventilated Patient - Central line blood draw - Continuous Sedation - External ventricular drain (EVD) - High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) - Infection control/PPE - Insulin administration - IV vasopressors - Management of Chest Tubes - Neuromuscular disease - Pediatric Dosage Calculations - PICU - Post acute abdominal surgery - Post neurosurgery - Starting and maintaining IVs - Suctioning (ETT, NT) - TPN/Lipids - Tracheostomy care - Ventilator Management - Wound assessment/care - **Additional Information:** - First time travelers accepted - Travelers may need to float to NICU or CCU - Weekend shifts required (every other weekend) - Trauma Level I experience preferred
