**Experience Required:** - Minimum of 1 year of experience - Travel experience is required - Previous Charge Experience: Preferred **Certifications:** - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) - ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) **Skills and Procedures:** - Circulate - Conscious Sedation - Accurate monitoring - Angiography of genitourinary system - Angioplasty - Aortography - Cardiac Implant Closure Device - Cardiac Stent Placement - Catheter/drain exchange - Central Venous Access (non-Tunneled/PICC lines) - Central Venous Access/Port Placement - Chest Tube Placement - Cholecystostomy - Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab - Dialysis Graft interventions (fistulograms/declots) - Embolization - Equipment set up - Gastrostomy - Gastrostomy Tube Placement - Hemodynamic monitoring - IABP Placement/Removal - Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) filter placement/removal - Internal/external biliary drainage - Interpretation of dysrhythmias - Interventional Cardiac Cath lab - Interventional Radiology - Isolation Precautions/PPE - Left heart catheterization - Liver Biopsy - Pacemaker Insertion - Paracentesis - Pelvic angiography - Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI) - Percutaneous transhepatic cholangiogram - Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA) - Perform EKG lead placement - Prep access site - Pulmonary arteriography - Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias - Right heart catheterization - Room circulator - Rotablator atherectomy - Scrub Procedures - Scrub- maintain sterile field - Selective visceral angiography - Stent placement - Sterile Technique - Superior vena cavogram - Temporary Pacemaker - Thoracentesis - Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy - Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography - Uterine Arterial Embolization **Equipment Proficiency:** - Acist injector - Siemens C-arm - Philips C-arm - Medrad power injector - Rotopro - Diamondback - IVUS (Intravascular Ultrasound) - OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) - Shock wave - Rampart - Pneumbra - Inari **Licensure:** - License must be in hand prior to start date - Temporary licenses may be obtainable once permanent license applications have been submitted **References Required:** - 2 supervisor references **University Accreditation:** - Travelers University must be accredited by the ACEN (Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing) or CCNE (Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education) at the time of graduation **COVID-19 and Vaccination Requirements:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Not Required - Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only **Additional Requirements:** - SSN and DOB required at time of submittal - Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays - 18 months of experience required, exceptions may apply depending on the unit
