**Required Experience and Skills:** - Cath Lab RN experience - Experience with Maclab (hemodynamics) - Basic knowledge of IR Vascular - Impella experience - Knowledge of operation of intraaortic balloon pump - Epic EMR experience **Preferred Experience:** - Travel Work Experience **Licensure and Certifications:** - Active Michigan/MI License (LARA and/or Nursys must state Active) - Active American Heart Association BLS - Active American Heart Association ACLS **Profile Requirements:** - Work History - Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty (Cath Lab) [DOCUMENT] - 2 Supervisory Reference Forms Completed within the last two years [DOCUMENT] **State Licenses:** - Michigan **Certifications:** - BLS (AHA) - ACLS (AHA) **Location Restrictions:** - Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction
