Job Details:

- Required Experience: Minimum 2 years RN experience; 1 year of in-specialty experience; cardiac and general surgery cases experience - Preferred Experience: Previous charge experience, charting system experience, specifically Cerner - Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA). Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) if required by the unit. - Licensure: WV or Compact RN License required; pending RN license accepted for submission - Special Skills: Experience in circulating and scrubbing; proficiency in vascular, ortho, general, ENT, urology, robotics, and GYN procedures - References: Minimum 2 Manager and/or Charge Nurse references from the past 2 years required - Job specifics: Proficient in vein harvesting and radial artery harvesting - Additional Skills: Proficiency required in surgeries such as coronary artery bypass graft (CABG), aortic aneurysm repair, femoral popliteal bypass graft, thyroidectomy, total joint replacement, and more - Travel Requirements: Candidates must have a permanent address more than 100 miles from the facility, though candidates between 75 to 100 miles may be considered on a case-by-case basis. - Vaccination: Flu vaccine required, medical exemptions accepted; COVID-19 vaccine not required. **Key Notes** - Flu Shot: Required unless medically exempted; COVID-19 vaccine not required. - References and Experience: Emphasis on experience and references for specific surgical specialties and the ability to circulate and scrub.
