**Required Experience and Licensure:** - 12 months of permanent experience required. - 1 year of combined permanent experience in the specialty is required, preferably within one location but not mandatory. - Must have a PERMANENT Ohio license or compact license in hand at time of submission. **Certifications:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) Required. - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Required. - Required certifications need to be ACTIVE and in hand at time of submission; pending certifications are not accepted. **Required Skills:** - Will circulate, scrub, and monitor procedural cases. **Other Requirements:** - One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months and should not be from co-workers. - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation; an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Travelers will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass; otherwise, they will be canceled. - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only. - Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only. - Call required - details to be discussed during the interview. **Compliance and Assessment:** - Facility does not accept any license hits. - Nurses and CSTs are exempt from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements; however, all other travelers must be nicotine-free, with a negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) drug screen required within 12 months of start and updated annually. - Annual Hands-On Competency Requirement: Travel candidates who are nurses must complete Cleveland Clinic Nursing Education Annual Hands-On Competency if they attended Cleveland Clinic Nursing Agency Orientation during the prior calendar year. - Modules: 4 hours of billable modules; any additional pre-start module time is non-billable. Average module completion time ranges from 6-15 hours. Annual modules are billable for up to 4 hours. **Submittal Details:** - Standard Qualivis Cover Sheet must be completed and filled in. - All RTO (Requested Time Off) to be discussed during the interview and included at the time of submission. - Travelers may only be submitted for 1 job at a time within the Cleveland Clinic Health System.
