Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Indianapolis, Indiana.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on October 19, 2026.

Job Details:

**Required Experience, Skills, and Certifications:** - Minimum 2 years experience - Certifications: ACLS and BCLS - Proficient in cardiac monitoring - on unit monitoring - Management of chest tubes - Experience with fresh tracheostomies and laryngectomies - Feeding tube care and management - Post-operative patient care - Experience with epidurals - Management of non-titratable cardiac drips - IV insulin protocols and titration of insulin drips - External BiPAP/CPAP management - Arterial line management, Cardiac telemetry, Central line care/management - Interpretation of dysrhythmias - Titration of insulin drips - Blood product administration - Care/management of tracheostomies - Experience with surgical drains - Starting and maintaining IVs **Preferred Experience:** - Previous charge experience - Trauma Level I Experience - Experience with arterial and central lines - Experience with chest tubes and other surgical drains - Charting system experience preferred, specifically Cerner - Experience with PCU or ICU **Licensure and References:** - License must be in hand prior to start date; temporary licenses may be obtainable once permanent license applications have been submitted - 2 supervisor references required **Additional Qualifications and Requirements:** - Floating to different levels of care (Med-Surg, PCU, ICU) is expected - Refusal to float may result in termination of contract - RTO (Requested Time Off) - can auto-approve 5 days of non-holiday RTO; anything more requires facility approval - Candidates must work 2 out of 3 major holidays - SSN and DOB required at time of submittal **Educational Requirements:** - Travelers' University must be accredited by the ACEN or CCNE at the time of graduation. **Work Conditions:** - Expected to work every other weekend; possibly consecutive weekends based on need - Charge nurse responsibilities may be required with training provided - Open to precepting and/or having students shadow
