**Required Experience:** - Minimum 2 years RN experience - Interventional Radiology experience required for first-time travelers **Certifications:** - BLS and ACLS **Licensure:** - WV or Compact License required; pending license accepted for submission **Preferred Experience:** - Charting System Experience: Cerner - Community Hospital Experience - LTAC Experience - Trauma Level I Experience - Trauma Level II Experience **Skills:** - End-Tidal CO2 monitoring, Activated Clotting Time (ACT), Angioplasty, Antiarrhythmics, Antihypertensives, Cardioversion, Carotid Angiography, Carotid Stenting, Central Venous Access/Port Placement, Cerebral Angiography, Circulate Procedures, Dialysis Graft Interventional, Embolization, Emergency Medications, Endovascular Interventions, Hybrid OR, Infection Prevention, Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias, Interventional Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Radiology, Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV vasopressors, Monitoring Procedural Sedation, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, Pre Post Procedure, Pressure Ulcer Assessment/Prevention, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Pulmonary Angiography, Pulmonary Embolization, Radiation and Laser Safety, Reversal agents, Richmond Agitation-Sedation Scale, Sheath Removal/Monitoring, Starting and maintaining IVs, Stent Graft Placement, SVC/IVC Venograph, Thoracic Aortography, Thrombolytics, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography, Vascular Closure Systems (Perclose, StarClose) **Submission Requirements:** - Minimum 2 Manager and/or Charge Nurse references from the past 2 years required - Required certifications must be listed on the application at time of submittal **Additional Requirements:** - Flu Vaccine required (Medical Exemptions Only) - BLS, ACLS, and PALS (if required by the unit) must be through the American Heart Association (AHA) **Patient Population:** - Adults & Geriatrics with conditions like CKD, CAD, PAD, PVD, Stenosis, AAA, Stroke, and Aneurysm **Special Procedures/Unit Details:** - Angiogram, Fistulogram, Permacath, EVAR, TCAR, TAVR, MitraClip, Mechanical Thrombectomy, Embolization
