Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a ER RN to take an assignment in Flagstaff, Arizona.
This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on October 26, 2026.

**Required Experience and Skills:** - 3 years of experience is required, with the potential to screen candidates with less years. - Trauma Level I and Level II experience required. - Travel experience required. - Skills required: Abdominal pain, Acute psychosis, Arterial line management, Asthma, BiPAP/CPAP management, Blood Product Administration, Care of Ventilated Patient, Central line care/management, Chest tube insertion/management, Drug overdose, Emergency Medications, Epiglottitis, General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi, Head injury, Hyperglycemia, Identify/Report neglect or abuse, Infection, Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Intubation, Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV vasopressors, Manage / apply splints, Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, Managing violent behavior, Mental/behavioral health conditions, Near drowning, Neuro-Trauma, Phlebotomy, Poison ingestion, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Psychiatric Hold, Respiratory infection, Seizures, Skin Disorders, Traumatic Brain injury, Triage, Urinary Tract Infection. **Certifications and Licensure:** - Active, unrestricted, Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license required. - BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required, must be obtained through AHA (American Heart Association). - NIHSS certification required. - TNCC certification preferred. - ENPC certification preferred. - ATCN certification preferred. - NRP certification preferred. **Charting System:** - Cerner experience is required/preferred based on the specific job posting. **Patient Ratios:** - Typical patient ratio: 4:1, based on acuity. **Additional Requirements:** - Must work 2 of the facility's recognized holidays. - Two professional references required: one from the most recent employer within 1 year of start date, and another within 2 years of start date. **Preferred Experience:** - Previous Charge experience is not mandatory, indicating a preference but not a requirement.
