Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a X Ray Tech Radiology to take an assignment in Akron, Ohio.

**Required Certifications and Licenses:** - ARRT Certification - ODH License **Preferred Experience:** - Level 1 Trauma Experience **Job Requirements & Qualifications:** - Minimum of 18 months permanent experience in the specialty applying for prior to travel - Must have a permanent Ohio license in hand at time of submission - Compact licenses are accepted for any starts from 1/1/23 and forward - Required certifications need to be active with nothing pending - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate test during orientation with an acceptable score required; up to 2 attempts allowed - Background hits reviewed, but no open cases accepted - No license hits accepted **References:** - One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required. No non-supervisory references will be considered. - For RNFA/CSFA positions only, one reference from a supervisor or physician is required. **Health Requirements:** - COVID-19 Vaccine required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) - Flu Vaccine required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually. - Exemption from nicotine-free requirements for Nurses and CSTs, temporary until further notice. All other travelers must be nicotine-free. **Additional Requirements:** - PBDS Assessment is waived - Badging and fingerprinting required prior to start date, fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing - BCI/FBI prints are time-sensitive - Facility follows a strict "DO NOT call" policy - PAPRs not an alternative for caregivers with facial hair unless an approved medical or religious exemption exists - Extensions possible for up to 18 months with a required 6-month break afterward (may be deferred on a case-by-case basis) **Annual Competency Requirements:** - Nurses on a continuous contract for a year or returning in the subsequent calendar year must complete Cleveland Clinic Nursing Education Annual Hands-On Competency - Travel candidates non-compliant with competency requirements will be removed from the schedule **Modules:** - Completed pre-start and annually, vary by specialty - Annual modules billable up to 4 hours, applicable to travelers on contract for a continuous year, not for one-off competencies
