· Pay Rate: $2488 Weekly Travel
· Shift: 5 8hr days
· Start Date: ASAP
· Contract length: 26 Weeks with Conversion to Perm possible
Physical Therapist (PT) Qualification and Requirements:
· Graduate of accredited physical therapy program
· Current Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in applicable state
· American Heart Association BLS, for Heath Care Providers
· 1+ years acute care experience
· Additional certifications may be required.
