Occupational Therapist Hospital Acute

We are currently hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team at Frederick Health Hospital in Frederick, MD. At Tx:Team, we believe in empowering clinicians, prioritizing patient care, and creating a workplace where you can thrive.

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAOTE accredited school

• Licensed (or eligible) in Maryland

• BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)

• New grads or experienced clinicians

• Proficiency with EMR systems

• Strong communication, time management, and flexibility

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven occupational therapy services

• Accurately document care using a web-based EMR system

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans

• Meet clinical, departmental, and regulatory standards

• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
