36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected.

SC Bill Rates and Details:
Level 1 PTs - 0-3 years of relevant outpatient experience
Level 2 PTs - greater than 3 years of relevant outpatient experience
Local is 50 miles or less from address of candidate to clinic.
Travelers are 50 miles more than from address of candidate to clinic.

PTA Travel -$50.49
