RN – Long Term Care | Bigfork, MN
13 Weeks | Days (3x12s, 36 hrs/week)

Join a supportive LTC facility in Bigfork, MN caring for residents across two units: Tamarack (20 beds) and Aspen Memory Care (20 beds). Travelers must be flexible and able to contribute positively to a teamwork-focused culture.

Details & Requirements:

Charting: MEDITECH C/S 5.66 & Point Click Care
Certs: Active MN RN license, BLS required
Dementia training required prior to start
Orientation: RN/LPN – 3 shifts
Shift: 6a–6p (Days) / 6p–6a (Nights)
Weekend: Every other weekend (may vary)
Holidays required
Scrubs: Any color
Floating: None
Not a charge role
First-time travelers accepted
Providers: Daily rounding; 4–5 private practice physicians
Common Patients: LTC & memory care residents; dementia population
Support Staff: CNA ratios Days/Evenings up to 3 per unit; Nights 1 in Tamarack, 2 in Aspen
RN Coverage: Days – 1 RN/LPN on each unit; Nights – 1 RN/LPN covering both units
