RN – Clinical Care | 13 Weeks | Battle Creek, MI
Days | M–F 8:00a–4:30p | 40 hrs/week

Seeking an experienced Clinical Care RN to provide direct clinic and home-based care for a frail and elderly population. This role requires independence, strong triage skills, and the ability to manage complex clinical situations while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.

Position Details:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a–4:30p (40 guaranteed hours)
License: Active MI RN license
Certs: BLS required; CPR via AHA accepted
Experience: Minimum 1 year working with elderly/LTC; home care/wound care preferred
Duties: Triage emergent situations, manage acute/chronic conditions, administer treatments, complete care plans, home visits (wound care, labs, assessments), medication administration
Environment: Frequent interaction with participants/caregivers; occasional weekends/extended hours
Other Requirements: Reliable transportation; must be fully vaccinated or willing to complete required vaccinations

Contract: 13 weeks | 40 guaranteed hours
