ICU Nurse Job Details

• Location: Fallon, NV 89406 (Nevada healthcare jobs)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 11/10/2025 – End: 2/9/2026)
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Guaranteed Hours: 24 per week
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1880 - $2020
• On-Call: Schedule determined by facility
• Weekend Schedule: Facility-based scheduling
• Employment Type: Travel nursing, On-Site

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nevada
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Flu vaccination required (declinations considered)
• Travel nurse experience preferred
• No license hits or disciplinary actions
• Compliance with facility-specific background and onboarding requirements

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and advanced life support interventions
• Educate patients and families about care, procedures, and ongoing health needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per hospital policies
• Adapt to changing patient needs and unit priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment
