• Job Title: Med/Surg Telemetry Float Registered Nurse (RN)
• Location: Show Low, Arizona 85901
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Contract
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (10/27/2025 – 1/26/2026)
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts
• Hours: 36 hours/week (guaranteed, no cancellations)
• Openings: 3 RN positions available
• Healthcare Setting: Acute care hospital
• EMR System: Sunrise Allscripts
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1860 - $2000

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active RN license (Arizona or compact state)
• At least 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS
• COVID-19 vaccination preferred (religious exemptions considered)
• Ability to float between PCU, Med/Tele units, Emergency Room (ER), Labor & Delivery (L&D), Behavioral Health, and ICU (MS overflow)

RN Responsibilities – Med/Surg Telemetry

• Provide high-quality patient care in Med/Surg and Telemetry units
• Float to various hospital units as needed: PCU, ER, L&D, Behavioral Health, ICU
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data for cardiac patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams: tele techs, charge nurses, HUCs, PCTs, respiratory therapists, pharmacists
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using Sunrise Allscripts EMR
• Adhere to nurse-to-patient ratios (1:5 days, 1:6 nights, 1:4 peds, based on acuity)
• Participate in patient rounds and communicate effectively with nurse managers and hospitalists
