Med/Surg RN Job Details

Location: Nashua, NH 03060 (New Hampshire healthcare jobs)
Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN)
Unit: Med/Surg, Telemetry Med/Surg, Telemetry Cardiac, PCU, Med-Surg Adult
Start Date: November 17, 2025
End Date: February 16, 2026
Duration: 13-week contract
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift), 4 x 12-hour shifts per week
Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours per week
Estimated Weekly Salary: $1880–$2020

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or Compact State License
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg and Telemetry RN experience (3 years preferred)
Strong clinical, analytical, and communication skills

Med/Surg RN Responsibilities

Provide direct and indirect patient care as a Med/Surg Registered Nurse using the nursing process
Assess patients on admission, including medical history, vital signs, and diagnostic results
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians
Work with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Accurately document patient care and nursing interventions
Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to diverse adult patient populations
