RN Job Details – Pittsfield, MA

• Location: Pittsfield, MA (8 Conte Dr) – Western Massachusetts healthcare jobs
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 11/10/2025 – End: 2/9/2026)
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, 10-hour day shifts
• Hours per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1910–$2050
• On Call: Rotating schedule
• Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and holiday coverage (must be available for two major holidays)
• Travel: Mileage reimbursed for home health travel from the home facility at the current IRS rate

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of current RN experience in home health or dialysis care
• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification (AHA required)
• Experience with Baxter AMIA Peritoneal Cycler strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license, own vehicle, current insurance, and clean driving record
• Willingness to travel to patient homes for clinical support
• Permanent address must be more than 50 miles from the facility
• All requested time off (max 5 days) must be submitted at application
• Work history, skills checklist (current to 1 year), and one supervisory reference (from the past 2 years) required

RN Responsibilities – Dialysis & Home Health

• Deliver high-quality dialysis care and patient education in clinical and home healthcare settings
• Train patients on dialysis procedures and equipment, including Baxter AMIA Peritoneal Cycler
• Travel to patient homes in the Pittsfield, MA area for care delivery
• Document nursing care and maintain accurate patient records
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule and work every other weekend/holidays as required
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
