Travel Nursing Job Details

Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Assignment
Location: Albany, NY 12208 (New York nursing jobs)
Healthcare Setting: Level I Trauma Center
ICU Units: Neuro/Trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, PCCU, ED, PACU
Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 1/4/2026 – End: 4/5/2026)
Nursing Shift: 12 Hour Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Hours per Week: 36
Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1990 - $2130
EMR System: Epic (Epic EMR experience required)

ICU RN Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York or willingness to obtain
Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience (Level I trauma center experience preferred)
Ability to float between multiple ICU units (Neuro/Trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, PCCU, ED, PACU)
Proficient in Epic EMR documentation
Strong clinical skills in critical care nursing

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in various ICU settings
Float between neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, PCCU, ED, and PACU as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
Accurately document patient care using Epic EMR
Respond promptly to emergencies and rapidly changing patient conditions
