Job Details – Cath Lab RN Travel Assignment

• Location: South Charleston, WV 25309 (West Virginia nursing jobs)
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2560-$2750
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (option to extend)
• Healthcare Setting: Acute Care – Cardiac Cath Lab
• Shift: 4 x 10-hour day shifts per week, including late days
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
• Call Requirement: 7 days of call per 4-week schedule (30-minute response time)
• Start Date: November 14, 2025
• End Date: February 13, 2026
• Charting System: Epic EMR
• Orientation: Up to 36 hours of department-specific orientation

Qualifications – Cath Lab Registered Nurse

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (disclose any license hits at submission)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab RN or related clinical experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Proficient in sterile technique and able to function in the scrub role
• Experience with Siemens equipment and Epic charting preferred
• Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities – Cath Lab RN Travel Job

• Circulate, sedate, and document for cardiac procedures: diagnostic left/right heart caths, PCI, IABP, Impella, temporary pacemaker, TCAR, EVAR, EKOS, AIF, IVC filters, Infusaports, Permacaths, and more
• Maintain sterile technique and assist with cardiac and vascular procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, radiology technologists, and interdisciplinary healthcare team for optimal patient care
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond within 30 minutes when on call
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR
• Attend hospital, nursing, and department orientation as required
