Location: Plymouth, Massachusetts 02360
Healthcare Setting: 2 East – General Medical/Surgical Telemetry Unit (49 beds)
Assignment Type: Travel Nursing Contract
Start Date: December 15, 2025
End Date: March 14, 2026
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Hours per Week: 36
Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly (excluding on-call)
Float Requirement: Not required
Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2310–$2470 per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Massachusetts RN license (required at time of application)
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Med/Surg and Telemetry nursing preferred
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS and ACLS certifications
Proficiency with Meditech EMR systems
Ability to pass ECG/Telemetry and Medication competency tests (proctored via Zoom within 48 hours of offer)
Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (no local travelers)

Med/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with acute and complex medical conditions
Monitor, interpret, and respond to telemetry data for patients with cardiac needs
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Accurately document patient care and assessments using Meditech EMR
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
Utilize strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize patient care in a fast-paced environment
