Travel Nursing Job Details

Location: Burlington, MA (Zip: 01805) – Greater Boston healthcare jobs
Assignment Type: Travel RN
Unit: Nursing Float Pool (Medical-Surgical Telemetry)
Start Date: December 15, 2025
End Date: March 14, 2026
Duration: 13-week contract
Hours per Week: 36
Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights), 4-week blocks
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (Days: Sat/Sun; Nights: Fri/Sat/Sun)
Floating: May float to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other boarding units in 4-hour blocks
Estimated Weekly Salary: $2310 - $2470

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Massachusetts nursing license preferred
Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
EPIC charting experience required
BLS certification (AHA) required
ACLS (AHA) and NIHSS certifications preferred
Level 1 trauma experience preferred; required if no prior travel nursing experience
Must be separated from BILH for at least 6 months if previously employed
Ability to pass day-one clinical testing (Relias practice tests available)

RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit and float pool
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care
Float as needed to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other units
Document patient care accurately and efficiently using EPIC electronic health records
Maintain patient safety and comply with hospital policies and procedures
Participate in ongoing nursing education and maintain required certifications
