• Location: Nashville, TN 37203 – Explore Nashville nursing jobs in a city famous for its lively atmosphere and diverse dining options.
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: January 12, 2026
• End Date: April 13, 2026
• Setting: Medical-Surgical ICU (MSICU), 32 beds
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1470–$1570 per week
• Employment Type: Travel RN, On-Site

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Tennessee or compact state
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience
• Experience with Meditech documentation system preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Navy blue or black scrubs required

ICU RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients (1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio)
• Perform advanced ICU procedures: CRRT, intubations, line placements
• Utilize Philips monitors and Alaris pumps for patient monitoring and medication administration
• Document patient care using Meditech system
• Collaborate with fellow RNs, nurse externs, and charge nurses to optimize patient outcomes
• Float to other hospital units as needed
• Uphold ICARE standards for exceptional patient experience
