Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active RN license in Florida or compact state (required for Florida nursing jobs)
Minimum 2 years of recent ICU Registered Nurse experience
Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
Ability to secure housing within 50 miles of Key West healthcare facility (address required)
AHCA clearance required for Florida healthcare placements

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions using EMR systems
Administer medications and manage life-support equipment
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
Deliver compassionate support to patients and families
Maintain a safe, clean work environment in accordance with hospital and healthcare policies
