Travel RN Job Details – Santa Fe, NM

Location: Santa Fe, NM 87505 (New Mexico healthcare jobs)
Setting: On-Site, Patient Care Services

Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program (RN degree required)
Active New Mexico RN license or Compact state RN license (required for travel nursing jobs)
BLS Certification (must be maintained throughout assignment)
Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience (Telemetry or Float RN experience preferred)
Current clinical skills and knowledge relevant to telemetry patient care
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Physical ability to manage emergencies, prolonged standing/walking, and patient transfers

Telemetry RN Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver patient care for telemetry patients across multiple hospital units
Provide safe, efficient, and high-quality nursing care in accordance with clinical and unit standards
Float between hospital departments, supporting diverse healthcare teams and patient populations
Demonstrate professionalism and respect in all interactions with staff, physicians, patients, and families
Ensure accurate documentation and uphold patient rights during care delivery
Respond promptly to emergencies and adapt to changing patient or unit needs
