• Location: Clackamas, Oregon (Zip: 97015) – Conveniently located near Portland, offering urban amenities and scenic outdoor attractions for healthcare professionals.
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: January 19, 2026
• End Date: April 18, 2026
• Shift: 12-hour nights (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
• Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1980 - $2120
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing, On-Site

Emergency Room RN Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time experience as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Oregon or compact state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire
• NIH Stroke Scale Certificate
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN), CEN and TNCC certifications, and ability to recognize and interpret cardiac dysrhythmias

ER Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate emergency care to patients in the ER
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs in a busy emergency room environment
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as required
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient care in accordance with hospital and healthcare policies
• Participate in ongoing clinical education and training to maintain nursing competencies
