ER RN Travel Nursing Job Details

Location: Philadelphia, PA 19104 – Central to major museums, parks, and entertainment in Pennsylvania
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Employment Type: Travel Nursing (On-Site)
Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,860 - $2,000
Hours per Week: 36
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Shifts per Week: 3 (including every other weekend)
Start Date: January 12, 2026

ER Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or compact state
Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room or Emergency Department nursing experience
Previous travel nursing experience preferred
Commitment to 3 shifts per week for the full 13-week contract
Strong clinical skills and ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced healthcare environment

Emergency Room Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department (ED)
Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs efficiently
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered
Accurately document patient care and maintain medical records
Educate and support patients and their families during emergency care
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment in the ER
