Travel Nursing Job Details

• Location: Lititz, PA 17543 (Pennsylvania nursing jobs)
• Healthcare Setting: Labor and Delivery Unit
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (12/22/2025 – 3/22/2026)
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour night shifts)
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week (36 hours/week), every other weekend (Friday & Saturday nights)
• No on-call required
• Holiday Coverage: Work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's)
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2,310 - $2,470

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Pennsylvania RN license preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Experience circulating in the operating room and providing immediate post-anesthesia care
• Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong critical thinking and patient assessment abilities

Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum periods
• Circulate in the OR for cesarean sections and assist with post-anesthesia care
• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being, promptly responding to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care best practices
• Accurately document all nursing care and patient interactions in a timely manner
