Registered Nurse Job Details

Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,480 - $2,660
Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: January 5, 2026 – End: April 6, 2026)
Location: York, Pennsylvania (17403) – ideal for Pennsylvania nursing jobs seekers
Healthcare Setting: Invasive Cardiology – Cardiac Catheterization & Electrophysiology Labs
Shift: Day shift, 10-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Hours per Week: 40
On-Call: Minimal, as needed
Weekends/Holidays: As needed
COVID-19 & Flu Vaccines: Required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
Facility: Tobacco and fragrance free

Cath Lab RN Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Pennsylvania or compact state
At least 2 years of recent Cath Lab RN experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA or ARC)
Experience with EPIC electronic medical records
Ability to work 10-hour day shifts and provide patient care until all cases are complete
Maximum of 7 days requested time off during contract
Completion of pre-employment modules (5-6 hours) prior to start date
Comfortable with minimal on-call requirements
Willingness to care for COVID-19 patients if needed

Cath Lab Registered Nurse Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a busy Cardiac Cath and Electrophysiology Lab
Assist with advanced cardiovascular procedures: complex coronary interventions, VAD/ECMO, TAVR, ablations, pacemaker/ICD implants
Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures in 23+ prep/recovery bays
Administer and monitor procedural sedation
Interpret and manage dysrhythmias, administer emergency medications, and operate advanced cardiac equipment
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC charting
Follow infection prevention and isolation protocols
