- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1680 - $1800
- On-Site Nursing Position
ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or compact state
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)
- Completion of all onboarding health and competency requirements (COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, TB Test, Varicella, Tdap, Fit Test, and drug screening)
- Professional nursing references and updated resume required
ICU RN Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, manage ventilators, and perform advanced clinical nursing interventions
- Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and recovery expectations
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment
