Work Type:Full Time
Shift: Shift 1/ 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM - Monday through Friday
Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$20.50 - $24.09 / hour
Summary
Oversees Respiratory Therapy Assistants to coordinate workflow and ensure job standards are being met, schedules are coordinated, and tasks are effectively completed within established time frames. Trains staff and new assistants in the system, regarding pre-cleaning and cleaning of respiratory equipment, including proper documentation. Completes annual competencies of Respiratory Therapy Assistants. Acts as department liason with CSR, LeeSar, BioMed and other outside vendors regarding ordering and delivery of disposable supplies and inventory of Respiratory hardware. Communicates and coordinates supply issues and backorders across the system. Maintains clean and decontamination rooms at DNV ready status to include document control and cleanliness. Consistently evaluates supply use and inventory to help meet departmental financial goals. Demonstrates effective communication and interpersonal skills to meet internal and external customer expectations.
