Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $31.90 - $41.48 / hour

What You'll Do:- Lead and coordinate daily MRI operations, ensuring efficient workflow and a seamless patient experience
- Serve as a trusted resource and mentor to MRI team members, supporting a culture of collaboration and excellence
- Develop staffing and on-call schedules to meet department needs while supporting work-life balance
- Take on in charge responsibilities, guiding the team and ensuring high-quality care delivery
- Perform MRI procedures using advanced technology to produce accurate, diagnostic-quality images
- Apply your expertise in MRI anatomy and pathophysiology to support clinical decision-making alongside radiologists
- Deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centered care at every interaction
- Contribute to a positive environment for patients, physicians, and team members
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and help drive innovation within the department
- Assist with onboarding, training, and development of new team members and students
- Perform venipuncture and support medication processes as needed
- Participate in on-call rotation to support patient care needs

RequirementsEducational Requirements: Radiology or MRI degree graduates accepted. Graduation of JRCERT Accredited or ARRT approved Radiography or MRI degree program.
Experience Requirements: Minimum of two (2) years of recent MRI experience. Ideal candidate would have 3-5 yrs experience.
Licensure Requirements: Florida Radiologic Technologist License for radiology techs only. MRI degree for non-radiology techs.
Certifications/Registration Requirements:
- BLS (American Heart Association / Basic Life Support) Required
- MRSO certification through American Board of Magnet Residents (Magnetic Resident Safety Officer)
- ARRT Registered or eligible required.
