Work Type: Full Time
Shift: Shift 1/5:30:00AM to 6:00:00PM / Variable shifts between these hours, with alternating weekends.
Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$20.00 - $23.50 / hour
**$1,500 sign on for eligible candidates**

Join Lee Health as a Blood Center Technician I and play a vital role in helping save lives throughout our community. In this role, youll work directly with volunteer blood donors, perform phlebotomy and blood collections, and help ensure patients have access to a safe and reliable blood supply.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong phlebotomy skills, is detail-oriented, and is comfortable working in a mobile environment with variable hours between 5:30 AM and 6:00 PM.
As part of the Mobile Blood Center team, you will be responsible for driving the blood mobile to community blood drives. A valid drivers license and a good driving record for the past seven years are required.

Requirements
Education:High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
Experience:Minimum of 3 months of phlebotomy experience required.
Certification:N/A
License:Current valid Florida drivers license.
Other:Good communication and interpersonal skills required. Excellent customer service skills, ability to multi-task, problem solve and work independently. Basic knowledge of computer data entry and retrieval.
