Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$35.04 - $47.30 / hour
Hiring Incentive:$7,500 sign-on bonus for OCN certification, plus paid annual OCN membership fees

Summary
Uses a multidisciplinary team approach and acts as a liaison between the patient, staff and referring physician offices as well as ancillary areas of the hospital system. Identifies timely diagnostic results and facilitates and coordinates patient care. Facilitates a timely, integrated and coordinated approach to the care of patients with cancer and to provide quality nursing care for the patients with cancer or related health issues Identifies learning needs and content for educational programs. Develops, presents, coordinates and evaluates educational activities. Effectively performs in the role of clinician, facilitator, advocate, consultant and/or researcher.
