 Active Louisiana Physical Therapist Licensed Required
AHA/ ARC - CPR/ BLS Card Required
Covid Vaccine Card
Staffing Perks
Will accept PTA: NO
Outpatient Experience is preferred.
Will accept New Grads? YES
Will accept First Time Travelers? YES
Float to other clinics: NO
Patient Population: GENERAL ORTHO
32 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected.
