Weekly Gross: $2,028.00

13-week contract
Setting: Inpatient

Requirements:
Minimum 2 year of experience
Active Occupational Therapist License
Current BLS/BCLS Certification
Experience with EPIC EMR preferred

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (Master’s preferred) from an accredited program

TheraEx Therapy Job ID #26-19567. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
