Job Details:
Weekly Gross: $1,824.00
Plus Additional: $200.00 Travel Reimbursement
Springfield, OR

Requirements:
Minimum 2 year of experience
Active Physical Therapist License
EHR: EPIC

TheraEx Therapy Job ID #26-21253. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 32 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
