Occupational Therapist – HIRING!

Job Details:
Weekly Gross: $2,520.00
Fort Mohave, AZ

13-week contract
Setting: Acute Rehab
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 year of experience
Active AZ OT License
Active BLS Certification
Experience with Medhost, Redoc, Nethealth EMR preferred

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (Master’s preferred) from an accredited program

TheraEx Therapy Job ID #26-22118. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
